I lived in Sydney for a year and a half in 2016-2017 where I worked in various creative capacities.
Cornwall in January can be dark and dreary. But not when you're exploring the coast with a fellow photographer. Magic is everywhere!
I took a trip to Tonga in 2017 to swim with whales and engauge with the local community. Never have I come across such welcoming and joyous people.

I worked as part of an artists group called Creative Conversation where we had to produce a piece of work around the theme of Global Community. We looked at Australia and its place within the global community; what is Australia doing to combat climate change, for example? I used this theme to create a project that looked at the connection between the human form and that of nature. I wanted to draw similarities that encouraged audiences to see ourselves as part of nature and to do more to protect it. The series exhibited at Sydney Fringe Festival and came second at the Greenway Artists Prize 2017.

I had the pleasure of photographing Jack and Laura Love before giving birth to their beautiful son, Miles.
